White or yellowish powder. Sweet odor. Relative density 6.9. Melting point 820℃. Very slightly soluble in water, insoluble in ethanol, soluble in nitric acid, hot concentrated hydrochloric acid, ammonium acetate, sodium acetate solution, partially soluble in acetic acid.
Use
Used together with dibasic lead phosphite, it can make plastics with good thermal stability and electrical insulation performance, and improve the weather resistance of plastics. It is mainly used as stabilizer for opaque or semi-transparent products of PVC plastics (such as PVC cable hard tube, plastic sandals, slippers, yarn tube, etc.). In addition, it is also used in pigment production.
Safety
packed in a barrel, iron drum or plastic woven bag lined with a polyethylene plastic film bag with a net weight of 25kg, 40kg or 50kg per barrel (bag). The package should be marked with "drug. It is an inorganic and dangerous drug. Code: 83028. Should be stored in a cool, ventilated, dry warehouse. It is not allowed to be stored and mixed with edible articles. Transport should be protected from rain and sun exposure. Storage for more than two months, the inspection content should be according to HG 2-1053-77 Article 11 after drying analysis. When there is a fire, it can be suppressed by water and sand. Protection: see lead sulfate.
